It does but only the last 2 holes on both sides the third one there is no access to but it holds it tight and nice I had some professional do the install but messed it up so there is silicone blk glue stuck on it other than that its in awesome shape just need the cash more and ill prob be taking it off the car in the next few days if your interested throw me an reasonable offer

Not acctually parting the whole car just the mods that I put on such as the brakes and grille and what not just slowly in case someone might buy the car I.
