*********SOLD********* I'm going to go a different route with my 18s. I like these alot, but I want something different. I have 5 tires and 4 rims. Only one rim has a scuff in the lip. I'm guessing it's from an original wheel weight. Other than that, they are in great shape. They have about 6/32's tread depth left. High mileage Pzero Nero tires, they should go a long ways yet. The 5th tire should have similar tread depth. I bought it used to match (just in case). The rims are 18x7 with 48 offset 5x100 and 5x114. The tires are 225/40/18. Asking $700 (will include lug nuts). Thanks.
ive had chrono evo's before in 18x8, they were very light wheels and very strong... i had a small accident w them where i hit a curb head on at about 25 and destroyed my bumper but only the lip of the wheel bent a lil bit. could pound most of it out w a 2x4 and mallet and tires would still balance. Love the look too, many wrx cars used them 10 years ago on tarmac -great wheel!
I've washed the rims. I've added a shine to the tires and a spray on wax that is supposed to prevent brake dust build up. They are ready to bolt on!
And yes, they clear 4 pots! I doubt they'll clear Brembos though. **Edit** Added pic of rims on the WRX.
It should probably be noted that Perelli does NOT spec those tires for 7.0" rims. They require 7.5"-9.0" rims. If you have some serious failure, you could find your insurance company blaming you... http://www.us.pirelli.com/web/catal...ALL.xml&prodotto=Nero&vehicleType=CAR-SUV-VAN Nice lookin' rims though!
They fit absolutely perfect, not sure why they wouldn't recommend it. Never had any problems. Ran them for two summers. A bit melodramatic I think.
It's official... they fit on a wagon and DO NOT RUB! Now everyone that wants baller rims, come and get 'em. Even the wagons can use these! http://www.mnsubaru.com/forums/showpost.php?p=609417&postcount=1
He'll be over around 8 to swap his back on. He's going to Discount Tire to swap winter tires for summer tires. We'll do the rim swap at 8.
