    I keep going round and round on this and decided it's much cheaper/cost beneficial for me to eventually get a newer wrx than build the motor and 6spd. :)

    Friends....don't try to talk me out of this....:biggrin:

    I am sure you will get a good deal on your car if you sell it.

    don't wait tooo long as I'm sure someone will nab this real soon. honestly, if i didn't get such a killer deal on this block I'd be selling it for much more...it's sooo worth it

    approx. 50k+. Upon inspection when i pulled the pistons I didn't see any issues with the ringlands. However, if I was the buyer I'd throw new piston and rings in it...to make the build worth while.

    :yumyum: sadly I can't afford to make a purchase like that right now. I'd get a better % rate on a new car if I jumped on another subie

    i honestly don't know. The crank and rods are still in the block. I only pulled the pistons.

    It would only make sense to throw in new bearings, balance the crank, etc etc...if you're considering building a motor. all of which can be done pretty cheap. :)

    and at this price.....damn good deal.
