FS: TD04 & misc stuff

    TD04- no shaft play, comes with hard lines. Miles unknown. (I have 50K on it.) never ran it above 1 zillion psi:p- $80 sold

    2 stock intercoolers- few bend fins. both have 65K+ on them. Make offer both sold

    STI Wing & Trunk- JBP (2004), great shape- make offer (SOLD)

    I will have a really nice TD04 with only 27,000 miles on it for sale as soon as I find someone to help me put in the VF39 and injectors!!!!

    by "downforce" you mean dead weight over the rear, yes, thats what he origonally did even :)

    I heard that the STi wing can produce around 30lbs of downforce at speed.

    Must be mounted upside down because it provides 80# of downforce standing still!

    actually it's about 55lbs of downforce at 100mph.

    willing to trade that thing for a sti scoop.

    The red arrow represents lift at air flow of 40m/s (around 144km/h or ~90mph), the blue – at 55m/s (approximately 200km/h or 124mph). The lift is measured in newtons. One newton equals roughly 0.22 lbs.

    So at 90mph the 06+ has 38lbs of downforce and 73lbs at 124mph. The important thing is there's absolutly no lift. I don't think the 04-05 numbers are as good given they don't have the roof vane to redirect the airflow.

    i know it works, i know it has downforce at speed, twas mearly a joke. SweetbugI has a scoop he would maybe trade for it i bet
