Would the bumper skirts fit an '02 by chance?

No, 04-07 only. Bugeyes already have little skirts.

 

ill take the pump. Does it come with everything?

 

just the pump, dont have the replacement filter or other stuff

 

So what else will I need to make it work in my car?

 

nothin, you can use all the same components off your current filter i believe. Some people just recommend changing out the filter when adding a new pump

I want the turbo... I am not up on my prices like I was mid summer last year but I beileve that is a sweet sweet deal.

 

Its just a pre-filter. You have an actual fuel under the hood.

 

Yeah, my filter is in the engine compartment. So will i need anything extra to buy if i get this one?
