A word about dibs: I don't believe in dibs. I believe in cash. The first person that gets to me with the money gets the rims/tires/rims and tires. The only exception are those people willing to put down a $100 deposit on the rims. That deposit will hold the items for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks I will return the money and the items go back on the open market. If paid via paypal the deposit money will need an added 3%. I'll pay the 3% to return the cash to you if you can't come up with the rest of the money. This is not personal, it's business.
