jason you jackarse. We saw fuji pulled over on our way down to the f&f lot. Two cops had him. Erik is also a witness.

 

I hope he's okay. The loud exhaust probably attracted the cops.

Fuji hasnt posted for a few days..thats not like him. I hope he doesnt drop the soap.

 

just recieved a call from his sister in law. He's locked up and his court case is tomorrow....his sister in law called me to tell work that he won't be able to make it tomorrow. any one know what happened as to why he got locked up?

driving with out insurance wouldnt get you locked up. he probably did something or said something to the cop.

didnt we discuss this over and over that street racing is a no no and only stupid people who wish to get disciplin does it. the ring is a different story.

I am not sure, that is what his sister in law told me when i recieved a call from her. We will have to hear his side once he's out.

hello people....this is fue's sister: connie
....well, as the people who were there this passed friday know that i was with him. and i was the witness inside the car with him. he raced with an acura integra, black, 2 door, 2 white boys, passenger guy wore a cap, driver no cap, car looked like paint was coming off, not new not old. anyway....so when we slowed down, the cops saw and so fue picked up speed and i didn't understand so i looked at the side mirror and of course i saw the christmas tree(1 cop car) following up quick, then i said, "oh." i didn't say anything because i didn't want fue to get nervous or scared or angry. i just let him do his own thing calmly. i know he's a safe driver so i'm not afraid. he looks before crossing streets and turning and never ran a red light. his drifting around a right corner, i'd give an A+. it was fun and exciting but "what's going to happen next?" came in my mind. then we drifted more around a left corner and then a right and went straight back onto lexington and right on university and turned into lexington library's parking lot and right onto lexington and right on university again. then of course, 7+ more cop cars came from front and back of us so he drove to a stop between grotto and avon. he pulled the e-brake and took a deep breath, looked at me and said, "you stay here, okay?" calmly. then of course he left me a smile. then he stepped out of the car. the cop came and grabbed him and slammed his face onto the last window on the side of his car and shoved his body against the car. i felt every movement as they did that to him. it struck me hard. i was going to get out to say something but i didn't want them to hurt him more and besides he told me to stay in the car. so i did as he requested. then a cop told me to get out of the car and handcuffed me. they already handcuffed fue. i didn't see him after they took me to another car. they were asking me too many questions that i forgot to look for fue. then when i looked, he was gone already. i asked the cop who was asking me questions if i could go with fue but he said he doesn't know. and he said that fue was going to go to jail for a while. I JUST WANTED TO KILL THEM ALL WHO HURT FUE! STUPID COPS BRING MORE HATRED. oh! but i have connections with another cop. he says that fue should not have to serve any jail time unless they want that for a substitution for a fine. the jailing time max is 1 week. the fine is, according to only fleeing the cop with no other charge involved, 200-300 dollars, no more than 3000 dollars. his license will be suspended and he might have to serve the community for a week or so. so....we just have to wait and see what the decision is about fue. oh! and the cop that arrested fue is a racist cop. my sister knows him. anyway, please just wish him good luck and pray for him, you guys! i really miss him and so does lee....thanks for your time! I was wondering on that too - why he would run...better to take a speeding ticket and possible exhibition driving ticket than evading the cops. I hear they don't like that much. But regardless I hate to see the man picking on friends. This is insanity.

Well, for the gal who said something earlier about a racist cop....in light of the circumstances it doesn't sound like this is at all relevant. What do you really expect law enforcement to do when someone is trying to get away, just give them a free pass? From what I'm hearing there is at best a 0.000000001% chance of race having anything to do with this.

 

being new around here i should probably keep my mouth shout, but from reading the story and if it is true, then he is going to get what he deserves. i met him a few times and he seemed like a cool guy but again if that story is true and thats what happened then i am not going to stand up for him, its people like that that give the rest of us a bad name, hopefully the police dont connect seeing his car at the firestone lot with any of the rest of us. and for the racist cop comment i agree completely with zola. if someone is going to street race and get caught for it and then run from the cops they will pay the consequences for it. the racist thing gets to be a little much sometimes. my brother works at tousley motorsports and the other day a "minority" customer (saying this because i dont wanna be labeled by anyone as being racist myself because thats how some people might think if i was to say what race this person was) any way this guy tried to return a used helmet and they wouldnt return it for him, the customer then made a big scence about them not returning it because they were racist and said they'd be hearing from his lawyers and all this other bs. the whole racist thing gets a little old sometimes. and as far as hating the cop for "slamming him" into the car, if he would have pulled over in the first place i'm pretty sure that would not have happened. again i probably should have kept my mouth shut but i am simply stating my opinion like everyone else and venting a little on society in general. and if anyone wants to call me racist for saying any of this i'll introduce you to some of my asian friends.

 

you know i'm not trying to start a war here but i was just re reading through everything to make sure i didnt completely put my foot in my mouth but i just though it was funny she pointed out that it was "2 white boys" in the car he raced.

 

it doesnt sound like a fuji thing to run...but he shouldnt have. someone should close this thread before it turns into the racist/race thread...and those make everyone look like a jackass!

 

again, i wasnt trying to start anything and i said nothing offensive i was simply stating my opinion like everyone else.
