that cop is a freaking jerk. Very unprofessional yelling like that at a 14 year old kid for simply riding his skateboard. If that happened to me( and i was a US citizen) i would not let it go like that.
the cops around the fargo area are ****s, they hassle us regardless of where we bike/skate (including our only skate park, where they start giving us crap about drugs). A few funny things: Give the bike cops the finger and see how well the handle 10 stacks/ large gaps while in pursuit Have a luggage lock on you back pack and refuse a police search a la 4th ammend If its a rent a cop, let them start hassling your 140 lb friend, then roll up as a 300lb not fat guy. etc. etc. etc. With video tape rolling we are always polite, we have also cited police officers for use of profane language in the precense of minors. anyone smart enough to be a good cop moves up in pay grade to sheriff etc asap, thats why beat cops are stupid ******* (there are always exceptions though.
