This is from my freind soren that has the used car dealership, and sells Trabants. Anyways he is moving his dealership and might take over some garrage space too. have two bays in Burnsville that may become available in June or July, possibly earlier. Each bay is 20' x 40' approximately, but can easily be a single 40' wide bay. This is in a wharehouse building that is set up for automotive repair, it has floor drains, is heated, each bay has a good size door (10 x 10 I think) and the ceilings are plenty high enough to install a lift. You will be sharing space with two other companies. There should be 220VAC available, and there may also be compressed air available. The building is being fitted with an alarm, and the parking area is locked and fenced, although outdoor storage would need to be negotiated, and isn't included. My guess is that this space would be best for a professional mechanic or perhaps a couple of people to split. I'd like to get $750 per month each with a month to month lease, and less if you lease both, or sign a longer term lease.
