boost, egt, oil pressure. I bought Blitz BLM's and a Defi Gauge Pod. Kind of expensive but they look h4wt. You could also check Defi and Autometer.

Alot of people use Autometer from what I've seen - they seem to be a bit more affordable than Defi

also mechanical will usually be cheaper but I would not recommend a mechanical oil pressure/temp gauge. Mech boost is usually ok.
From what Ive seen Omori, defi and MadDad match the interior well. Im sure there're others too. The MadDad ones look like a good buy (Im waiting on the Ver 3).

Also forgot to add Blitz BLM's do not really match the interior at all(not the regular gauges so much as the GREEN stereo and AC backgrounds). Currently my interior is a work in progress.

i 2nd the no mech gauges inside the car. i had a friend who put a mech oil pressure gauge in his car. he just used the crappy hose that came with the kit, and it didn't handle the cold/hot transition very well... we think.

the hose cracked about an inch off the back of the gauge and started spraying oil all around. since it was cold, he didn't notice anything other than the smell... then the oil heated up and the oil light came on. so it was aparent that it was the gauge... have you ever tried to clean up oil from under a dash board? not fun...

...and, not to start a flame war here...but I personally don't think autometer gauges are as good as people think they are. Maybe thats just older one's, but some that i've seen dont have very good response times, and dont seem very accurate.

the v3s are supposed to be electronic with peak hold, warning, etc functions as well as the bling sweep. The are supposed to be an even better fit (the bezel color matches as well as the lighting, markings, and spacing/font).
This is just what Ive gathered from nasioc and from emailing maddad. They arent cout yet tho. Matter of fact I think the v1s just sold out and they're selling the v2s now.

It depends on which ones you buy. they do sell about a gazillion different kinds of gauges at very different price points.

I have several autometer gauges in my car, they all work fine and read as accurately as most other gauges i've seen. I have comp-lite aluminum gauges and they're pretty nice quality wise. The styling is pretty plain, but other than that, i'd recommend them.

No, V2 are simple mechanical gauges that are lighted by 12 very bright LEDs and look quite similar to high end electronic gauges, that's it. If the V3s are what idget says they are, they should be quite a bit more expesive, more of a direct competitor to Defi's and the like.

I thought the v2s were all electronic (including boost) w/o sweep and "no frills" and the v3s may sweep and will have more features (nexus style) including cpu control, fan control, etc... should be out soon so we'll know for sure... Check posts #112 and #191/196

here it is right here in post # 67
Here's even a link to a video with the new gauges
    http://www.daddysscp.com/forumpics/koso2_web.wmv

and finally, a whole thread talking about them that i somehow have never been able to find
    http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=890013&highlight=koso

can't be more clear IMO. I don't know about you guys, i am def. waiting for the V3s, the price range is rediculous for those gauges, they look hot as hell

EDIT: after further reading, the V3s aren't out til july +/- a month, the Kosos are out now. The V3 are gonna be a hybrid it sounds like of the Koso gauge with the V2 look???? don't quote me on that, but that's what i've percieved from the threads.

the newest defi's are about $900 for 3 of them with Control unit. These Koso's were about $450 for 3 and each have their own CU, so half the price. plus, defi's must have a Control unit for the gauge which is bought separately, where the Kosos come with one, making single gauge purchases easier.

$99 is pretty much the price that thing goes for everywhere. but you're looking at $250/gauge + that.
Defi's are hot, i definately lust after them, but if these V3s look right with the functionality of the Kosos, I'm def. going that route for half the cost of Defis.

here's a link to them, the BFs are the newest defis that everyone is after, $255/gauge... ouch on the pocketbook

Yeah, I'm with Bryan. The V3s should be more affordable then all of them and sound like they're gonna be great bang for the buck. Their bundle prices are insane. I think the Koso's are a Japanese brand that MadDad carries whereas the V3s will be an original MadDad design... and they seem very in touch with their customers needs.
Anyway, to the OP, another gauge option is the psi3 (kinda old now).
Does anyone have experience with this one?

well, here is an Email i got from Rich over at Maddad. Looks like the "V3" will be called Ultra Series and actually be priced around Defis. The V2 isn't even out yet and should be a little more expensive, but still at a good price point.

also keep in mind that since each comes with a controller, they're still cheaper than Defi's that you'd have to buy a separate controller for.

no, they are daisy chain capable, meaning you'd only have to buy the 1 controller that can support quite a few gauges. The best deal on defi's are usually the "bundle" packs that some vendors sell. usually is enough that the price of the control unit is almost free. The BF bundles, depeding on color, are around $800 +/- $50.
