Ok all, im looking to get Clark (AZScoobie) up here sometime early summer for a dyno/tune day. I took over the PDX thread so im just going to start with that list and we can go from there. Im guessing the price for this is going to be around $450.00 - $500.00, give or take so dont quote me. I still havent nailed down the exact price, still need to talk to the local shops with dyno's to see who will give us the best price. Clark will tune Evo's as well so if you know of any Evo owners let them know. So, here are all the EMS's that Clark will tune. the cable and a laptop. I pulled the rom off an 06 2.5i and it looks like someone pulled it off an 05 RS as well... So its definitely tunable.
Im not sure yet, ide like to get some feedback from the people involved and see what month works best for them. I should be ready to go in March.
Two questions. What's he best tuning with and what's his opinion on tuning with openecu compared to something mainstream (like Ecutek).

i love how what happens with other people in my thread on nasioc i get crap for. ben and like ten other people talked to him about how to pair the cylenders for a twinscroll set up. he thinks it is wrong how i paired them when its the same as the jdm header, same as the the ultimate racing header the same as the aps and every one else who has a twinscroll header out. i stayed out of it cause i dont know all the mathamatical crap about motors but the same argument happened in the ur 40r thread too. and all that he has to say is "try it" it worked on a evo or somthing. so yah if he comes hear i will have to fight with him couse we have so much beef with each other..................
Maybe I'm a noob...but don't u need the updated software to tune the v2's? Or did I miss something from Cobb
The software is 1.5 right now, so you have to do a bunch of screwing around to get it to work. The cool new features will be in the 2.0 software that I don't think cobb even has a full working version of yet. Russ
I need feedback from you guys on a date. Clark is willing to do it whenever, I just need to let him know.
I'd like to shoot for march but I'm afraid my car might not be ready because I still have more parts to order and I need to wait for my tax returns to order those. My vote is still for April or May.
May would be nice even though iam not on the list. at least it gives me a little more time to get things done.
Id like to get tuned in slightly warmer weather so May is fine, but I can do as early as now also. Any time works.
May 12th is fishing opener I believe. Not a good weekend for me. I was hoping to have my tune before then so I could drive it up to the lake. The 19th would work but if we could shoot for an earlier weekend in may that would be sweet.
