For Sale.... *STi injectors and catch can* As many of you know I'm doing some upgrades in the next couple months, new turbo ic etc. I have some items that will be for sale very soon. Stock STI injectors - 200 Alpine Amp/Monster Cable Wiring - 200 2 10" P3 Subs/Enclosure - 250 (ext warranty until 2010) Perrin Catch Can Kit(red - 125 new...been in the car since May) - 100 obo Invidia V2 Downpipe - 200...paid 200 for it and never used it(just want my money back)
They are the smaller fog lites. They are roughly half the size of Jason's fogs maybe less. They have 80W amber piaa's in there right now. They are extremely bright for how small they are.
This is only a gauging interest thread. The IC has yet to come off the car and won't for at least a month or two. As far as price I'm still researching. I'm just more checking to see if I can sell this stuff over mnsubaru or if I will be putting the pieces on 3Bay! The fogs can come off immediately and the fuel rails will be in my hand next week. I also have the stereo equipment for sale now as well. The bulk of these parts will be available after we have Pimp Petes Preza Party!
Bumpity - Foglite kit has been removed from the car and should be cleaned up and ready to rock tomorrow.
Bump - Fogs and black bezels new were 350...have some road wear but would part with them for 150 obo. Subs and amp... amp 400 new - not a scratch on it - looking for 300 obo(price includes monster cable amp wiring kit already cut for impreza). Alpine MRVF340. subs 250 each new(warranty til 5/21/10 from Ultimate Electronics) - 350 obo for both plus custom enclosure. 2 10" Punch P3 subs...guys you can blow these up as many times as you want and they will replace them through 2010!! All of these items are on my counter and are ready for pickup ...make me an offer!!
Bump for lower prices... 150 obo still for fogs(off of 04 STI)...No one out there has an 04-05 black sti or wrex that needs fogs???? Not to mention they come with some HOT amber bulbs. Will go 250 obo for the amp and wiring kit Will go 300 obo for subs and box. Remember...warranty til 2010 on the speakers if you pop them!!!! Whole stereo kit for 500.

TTT - my FMIC arrives Tuesday. Wanted to confirm Justin for the turbo probably in the next week or so. Stock STI TMIC will be available shortly and stock injectors are still up in the air at this point.
I might be interested in the fog lights but I need to see them first. Your sure they fit 05 STi? Does this include the molded body panel? I have an idea that I thought I might want to try i.e. not using the fog lamps themselves. I need the body panels for this idea of mine. My car is not black but if they blend and look ok I just might want them.
I don't see why they wouldn't fit. We'll just have to make sure all the tabs line up. I'll pm u with my # otherwise I'll try to make it to firestone next weekend with parts. For everyone interested in the stock parts. My car in tentatively going under the knife Thursday nite. FMIC, turbo, and injectors should be off within a few days after that. Edit - I'll leave this open to MNSubaru until thursday for the fmic and injectors otherwise to NASIOC they go.
Bump for injectors. STI guys thinking about upgrading....you can buy these and have them modded or mod your own stockers and then turn around and sell these for what you paid for them....and above all NO DOWNTIME to go big on the injectors if you are going with modded!!!!
Bump for injectors going to NASIOC tomorrow!!!! My car is going under the knife tonite. Last chance STI guys!! Pick these up and you can swap your injectors and not lose out on driving your car for a couple days. Then you can sell them after the new ones are in your car for the same price!!! NO DOWNTIME!!! Also first thread updated and injectors bumped down to 200!!!!
Injectors going to NASIOC bump....I now have the injectors out of the car and in my possession. TMIC sold and Foglite kit sold...updated first post.
Thanks for the fog kit. Those are going to look great on my car. By chance do you have the connectors to the fog lights or any of the wires? If not no big deal. It would just save me some time and money.
^ Did everything end up workin ok? Turbo is still for sale guys...mine has a hairline crack like Disco's. Its my understanding this is a common problem on the vf39's and as many of you know my car was just on the dyno a couple weeks ago and had no problems making boost. Anyone interested, let me know!
My EJ22T has side-feeds. People have converted them to top-fed injectors by machining a piece to go in there and hold them.
^^ Let me know if you are for sure on those. I think you will have some work to do to make them fit. Bump for VF39 POWA!!! The turbo does have a slight crack in it leading to the wastegate. The turbo has about 30k and change on it and it is my understanding that this crack will not significantly affect performance and is a very common problem on the VF39's(ie Disco's turbo also had a hairline crack). Now taking offers!!
Bump for new parts added once they are removed from the car... Invidia Divorced Wastegate DP - does not fit properly and will need to be worked on for a proper fit. I unfortunately do not have the mechanical ability to fix it so I bought a new one. This dp was on my setup and made very good numbers at DB Dyno Day. 4 of 5 bolt holes line up and I have been running it with 4. This DP also is JetHot 2000 degree coated. Perrin Catch Can Kit(red) - not big enough for my setup. Has been on my car only a couple hundred miles. Turbo and injectors are still available and are off the car.
Is that DP a cat delete, have a cat, or a shorty? Does it stay large all the way or does it reduce to a smaller size to fit stock cat? Sorry if these seem like dumb questions but I don't know the aftermarket part for Suby very well. Ten years ago I was a Chevy guy. Is it possible to get a pic of the DP and how far off it is on that last bolt? Asking price?
^ Dp is catless and connects all the way to the midpipe so its a full length dp. I'm not going to have time to take pics as I'm leaving to go out of town once I'm out of work today. I may be able to take some mid next week. If you want a pic of a functioning one check out the pic of Slavboy1's in Justin's p and p and coating thread. Its my understanding all the bolts fit except for the bottom one.
Pete I just installed one of those Invidia divorce dp last week, and found out the same scenerio. But after looking through the packaging, they included 5 nutz without the wide rings at the bottom of the nutz like the factory ones. I ended up using two of their nutz, one for the passenger lower and side bolts. Hopefully this is what your experiencing, than its a easy fix.
