Want an option to those oem leaky exhaust gaskets?...100% graphite RemFlex gaskets are your answer. These are designed to be crushed to 50% of its original size, this means that if you have bad mating surface these will fill in the gaps for a perfect seal.

The guys in the shop have been using these for awhile now and we all really like them. i personally got sooo sick of the thin oem gaskets leaking and then having to put atv on them to try to seal it but then that eventually blows out....no more!!

    RemFlex Options:
    Exhaust Manifold>Head
    Exhaust Manifold> Crosspipe
    Turbo>Downpipe
    Downpipe>Catback
    Exhaust Manifold> Up Pipe
    Up Pipe> Turbo

    :) sounds good!

to be honest i dont know much about the crucial ones. i know some people were having issues but i'm not sure what with. a few people had issues with the remflex up pipe gasket but we just got done testing a redesigned(thicker) one and it works like charm.

alot of you have been asking for the measurments of a few of these gaskets, so here they are:

Exhaust Manifold to Up pipe Gasket: hole diameter 2 3/32", bolt spacing 3 15/16"

Downpipe to Catback Gasket: hole diameter 3", bolt spacing 4 1/8"

Exhaust Manifold to Crosspipe: hole diameter 1 15/16", bolt spacing 3 5/16"

those are the 3 that i though could possibly be used in other model years and what not.

I used these on my stage 2 upgrade on the REX a few weeks back. Up-pipe and TBE. They are amazing gaskets! I'd recommend them to anyone!

    Great product!

I would think the last one (pic) in teh first post would be the gaskets for the up-pipes\x-over pipes he sells which would be pretty much the same as that flange only not elongated holes...
