If I could have the balls to do this I possibly would.... But not in the states for sure. It does look like he is getting chased by some choppers, but I can't really see them.
Inspiring??? To break multiple traffic laws, put innocent peoples lives in danger, and run/evade capture from the police all in the name of making a video for the internet? Well at least he peaked the interest of at least one person on the internet, that's worth all of the risks he took. Yeah...inspiring. I've always thought that this guy was a teenager trapped in a grown mans body...aka d-bag. I hope they eventually catch him and lock him up before someone over here decides to duplicate his stupidity.
wow whats up your butt? Have you ever seen smokey and the bandit? its very similar. I guess you must have fun going the speed limit.
Nothing in my butt, no rainbow stickers here brotha. Smokey and the Bandit was a "MOVIE" lofrickinl! This idiot has nothing in common with a movie, as he's actually outrunning cops on public roads. Keep the high speeds on the track or you don't deserve to own a fast car! Just look at Canada for instance, they crush cars that were Skreet Racing! They should do it here also...i'd be front and center with a bag of popcorn to see every one of them smashed into a cube. And God Bless the USA, just googled it and we ARE crushing cars in the US for this now!
Yeah, it's a movie. Its not real. Just seems so intense someone would film themselves, surprised cops are not smart enough to find out were the video came from to possibly narrow down who it is. But, its kind of those random things you always wondered how it would be, what it'd be like. He is doing something right, he is for sure on the road in the middle of the night and preventing any crazy accidents from traffic and pedestrians. but I know its stupid. I just find it amusing.
I disagree with crushing them. The amateur racing market would go crazy to snatch up cars like these at auction for cheap.
The only reason that he's still making these videos is because people are still watching them. I suppose the fact that he's wearing a helmet makes it better too? hahaha, listen, i'm not trying to be a total ass here, but people do go out at night too. So him doing this at night really doesn't qualify his actions as being "right". The simple fact is, despite the fact that he is a hell of a driver, this could have easily been a video of him hitting a pedestrian at 100mph while racing through town. Although, he wouldn't have posted it then. I love driving my car fast. It's part of the reason that i own the car that i do! But theres a time and place for everything! I value my drivers liscense tho and respect other peoples lives too much to drive like an r-tard on public roads. All it takes is one mistake and you could be in prison for killing someone and changing their families and your families lives forever. Street racing is about the same as drinking and driving...it's just a bad idea! Especially when we have places like BIR and Rockfalls to stretch the cars legs safely.
I live my life a quarter mile at a time. And 100 horsepower. Butt seriously, these things would be perfect to get turned into dedicated track cars. Cheap (assumed, cop auctions and all), bodies in (assumed) good shape, no titles (assumed). Sadly, I'm sure idiots would try to buy their cars back.
If they were no longer able to be registered, sure. Then they would HAVE to trailer them to tracks to drive them. I think that they should get crushed, or donated to Red Jacket for weapon test firing and high explosives. It's only really enjoyable if they make the owners sit and watch as the car get's destroyed tho. There's just something about seeing their guts turn inside out when they watch it that brings joy and warm fuzzy feelings to my heart!! This!>>>
I must admit, it's fun to watch that big crane rip cars apart like they are soda cans. They should make it a ride. I would pay $20 to rip a car apart like that
I think there are better options then crushing. I know its sending a message but there is alot of money in any can that can be made. Part outs whatever it is. Its hard to debate any part of these issues though Because there are good points to both sides.
I have a better idea, donate them to the local fire departments so we can practice cutting them apart. It'll be good practice for when we have to respond because one of those mouth breathing, window licking asshats plows into a car full of innocents and we have to go extricate them from the wreckage.
If it was a public part out with all proceeds going to peoples families that were killed by skreet racers, i'd agree. Or to the police department. After the part out, you guys could get the shells???
you can skip to 3:00min, but he does it for the money. don't watch it for free, if you do, he won't make anymore videos.
So Josh, you wished they crushed 'street racer's cars' in MN? Same system they use in cali? Kiss yours goodbye. You have a modified car, you can't PROVE that you legally purchased all the parts on it or that NONE of them are stolen, and I doubt you have a catalytic converter, making it illegal anyway. Under just that, you'd be labelled as a street racer and your car would be gone.
Not Cali, Canada eh!? California is the craziest leftrightwing state in the union.(Nazi's) They fine you for having a blow off valve. I've heard about how they'll pull you over and look under the hood with their little ticket books in hand. If that was the case, they'd have their hands full from everyday Mustangs and Vettes, to every HotRod on the street, to every EVO or STi. I had an old 30's something panel truck trying to street race me to the M.A.N event lastnight...phi11 is mah witness.(idiots drive anything and everything) If you are caught doing something retarded, like street racing your car, it should be smashed into a briefcase sized cube...yes.
Cool video, but extremely dangerous and dumb. I don't really agree with cars being crushed, I think there are better alternatives. I'd hate to have invested thousands in a car just to have it smashed especially in a justice system that isn't exactly "just".
yeah, I lawl'd he was staring at you like you were wearing tight fitted, short and revealing clothing w/ logos, but he just wanted to do some frumroll pulls, and not buy you some drinks and take you home.
I could feel him staring a hole through the side of my head. lol, i don't even look their ways nowadays, just ignore them and let his dumbass frumroll himself. I don't play that kiddy ****. If i had a dollar bill for every goofball that tried to race me, i could buy a BRZ with singles and have leftovers. His car should be crushed into a briefcase and spoon fed to him.
Like intentionally getting sideways around a corner in a residential neighborhood then smashing into a wall?
ORLY? winter tires in the winter with snow on the ground is wrong? And the fact that he told me that he was trying to get sideways?
No, i'm playing devil's advocate, and trying to get people to think when they make drastic statements like 'if you do something dumb with a car it should be crushed'. What about donuts or drifting around in snow covered parking lots? sliding around corners during snowfall? pinning the throttle down an on-ramp.... or doing a quick pull with someone? where is the line? who's to say 'oh, what I do isn't dangerous, but what you do is'? That's what I'm trying to get at.
ABSOLUTELY!! A car is a car is a car. I can buy another one as where another persons life is not so easy to replace. Especially if i would have killed someone. I have already been punished for that one...just ask my pocketbook, i crushed the car myself (didn't need the coppers to do so, lullz). And if i wasn't a responsible adult, i would have just left my car in the garage and wouldn't have gone out to confront the cop about it. He had no idea who i was or what car did it, aside from having a couple of parts off of my car in hand. I took my lumps...it's what grown folk do. I'm pretty sure in the places that they do stuff like "crush skreetracer cars", that they have written laws about said actions. If i was caught by the police doing what i was doing, a judge decided that my car should be cubed while i watched, then abso-frikin-lutely i would have sat back with tears in my eyes and watched it get crushed. I don't think that i'm better than anyone else here when it comes to mistakes. I learn from them and i'll never be pitching it around that corner again or anywhere on the streets for that matter. I'll keep it on the rallyx track(or empty parking lot during the snow lot funz). If i'm the idiot in question, then i deserve the same fate as anyone else when it comes to the law. And man would that be a learning experience to see ol' blu smashed to bits. Simple fact is, if i was wrong, then i was wrong! I still think that they should smash cars all over the US, smash- smash-smash em! But they should definitely need to have laws written about "what is deserving" of car crushing/or just a ticket or whatever and should apply them accordingly. You'll never get me to change my mind here fyi. Try as you may, but if i do something wrong, i own up to it and don't let my butt bleed about how the cops are unjust and whatnot. All that i have left to say about this topic is, IMO, GhostRider is a d-bag and if he ever kills himself, he had it coming...if he ever kills someone else and ends up in prison, he had it coming....simple as that. There are other things that peoples cars should get crushed for doing also, but that's for another thread.
