guys i have 2 set of rims gauging interest to see if i can sell a set first set is 04 silver sti bbs 17x7.5 5x100 in great condition barely any or minimal curb rash comes with some bad bridgestone snow tires 225 45 17 so will need new tires looking for possibly 1100 second set is 17x8 i believe not sure axis reverbs in 5x100 with either a +40 offset maybe not sure on that either but they are light comes with some 225 45 17 tires either snow tires or some older re070 tires with 2 summers left looking for possibly 700 and as i am at work i will get pics later today when i get home give me a pm or txt at 6513876057
it is negotiable and they are harder to find yes so why not i've seen them go for more also in worst condition these have barely any curb rash
I know Mexico is so well known for aftermarket parts.... in such demand they are being smuggled across the border in people......where did you hide your wheels to get them across?
Yes, BBS's are rare and expensive. But to justify your price and have a shot at selling them anywhere near asking price, I would highly recommend cleaning them well and posting quality pictures of every wheel.
$1100 is quite high for shot tires. If they were in impeccable condition you might get 1k but I see plenty of 5x100 sets go for 900-1200 with good tires on them.
If you compare bbs 04 sti wheels to the OZ Superleggera wheels a couple threads down... you'd kinda get where people are coming from with the price. People want a premium for something that isn't there. Sure i'd like a set, but for that cost i'd rather get a set on enkei nt03 brand new. These are "used" wheels, and should honestly be around 500-750 with shot tires. If the road rash was fixed and tires removed with a respray, then you're looking at 1k for them. Just my 2 cents.
as stated i am negotiable on price its not dead set and just seeing if there was any interest on these but looks like i can include a decent set of snow tires along with them with lots of tread left also but i dont mind keeping both sets
