I'm not sure I am able to do this yet but I just wanted to see if there was any interest in case I decide to. I have a SlowBoy tdo6 20g along with inlet intake and possibly up and downpipe w 38mm ewg. What you would need is injectors and a catch can and that is about it. My car made 355 awhp and 367 ft lbs at LSE last year and the kit may actually be capable of more as I haven't run it yet with the ewg. I'm looking at getting a bigger turbo if finances work out for me. Once again, I'm not 100 percent sure I can afford to do the new turbo but I want a buyer in the event I do decide to upgrade. Anyone interested?
When doesn't he? I have heard Matt say at least 5 times now at different events either "I told Pete a 20g wouldn't be enough" or something to the like of "20g is worthless on a 2.5"
everyone gets sick of 300hp.... why not get a turbo that you can go in steps and always keep making more and more power with the more $ you put in it.
I agree with you on that, although on a 2.0 it's a little different. Even so a GT30R wouldn't be all that bad on a 2.0 either ...
yes and no. for you a 20g is a good choice on a 2.0. its hard to keep making more power then that turbo wants to give with out dropping lots of cash
My advice would be choose your power goal, then pick the smallest turbo to get you there, spool and power under the curve FTW!
people get sick of there power goal? you did twice. and just becouse a turbo is small doesn't mean it will spool that much faster. my 40r spooled fully by 4k. thats fast for a big turbo
evens wasn't tuned properly. his spooled late as hell. talk to b-rex and see how he likes it. i watched it on the dyno and it was impressive for a 2.0. evens wasn't really.
I also started modding when the 2.5 just came out and turbo's were few and far between. If I could do it all over again, I would TRY to choose my power goal and pick the smallest turbo to get me there.
Not looking at really parting this out, the inlet and intake you will need to run this turbo. The exhaust stuff I may be able to re-use depending on which turbo I go with.
your car was a 05? turbos for it have been around for ever? just not all the mutt stock location ones.
Dream ran it for one summer and I ran it for two. no idea of miles I can get back to you on mine but I have no idea how many miles dream drove it. both winters it was stored so the turbo has probably only been run for about a full year of actual in car time. Price I will also have to get back to you on, its just gauging interest at this point.
yah this is true, never got the car tuned right before I got rear ended...but tomorrow I will have something else! :hsugh:

This turbo will have to be used with an ewg. I couldn't in good conscience sell this with that piece of crap iwg attached to it and I was not willing to spend the money for a new one so I could sell it. If I keep it I will run an external gate, if I sell it I'll make the buyer a deal on the new UR upppipe and EWG all setup for this.
