    Looking for a 2.5 SOHC motor for a 99 outback limited wagon. anyone have anything that would work in that?


    also any other motors that would interchange with it?

    even in the outback? i thought it was just the RS that got the DOHC that year

    they are interchangeable with a little effort and ingenuity, so it doesn't matter a whole lot. my 98' LGT (OEM 2.5 Dohc) is now running a 2001 2.5 SOHC motor.
