Picked up a used, lightly damaged (couple small dents) STi hood this weekend while out in Sioux Falls. I'm planning to fix it and pass it on to somebody in need if there's anybody out there, otherwise I'll just hang it on the wall and dream of the day I can acquire the rest of the car... Anywho, it's obviously WRB and would be easiest/cheapest for somebody that would want it the same color. I can paint it whatever color the prospective buyer chooses, tho. Aside from the couple dents there currently are a few scratches in the hood scoop and a few nicks/chips around the edges, all will be taken care of prior to sale. If interested, let me know. Don't really have a firm price in mind and it also would vary a little based on what color it's gonna be, how good the materials used will be, etc. Keep it in mind as the deer are starting to move around as well, as I know from experience how much it costs to get an OEM replacement hood for one of these from the dealer. I sent a PM yesterday asking the same question, although I like it as it is as I am hoping at some point to replace my hail damaged hood on my WRX
Just replied to djravechild's pm, as he was first in line with the messages. Guess I didn't expect so much action right away. Will update everybody else what happens with the situation.
