GI/FS: 1998 Subaru Forester S

This has been sitting for the past 6 month on our property and I don't believe I will be driving it anytime soon, so lets see if anyone is interested in it.

1998 Forester S with 258,xxx miles

Pros & Recent work:
Replaced head gaskets with OEM multi layer gaskets - Fall 2015
New Gates timing belt kit with new pulleys - Fall 2015
New OEM water pump - Fall 2015
New battery - Fall 2015
New OEM rear wheels bearings - Fall 2015
Heat and AC are great, no issues with either system
Cold weather package - Factory heated seats, both work as well as heated side mirrors
Average 25-29 mpg
Subaru All-weather floor mats
Tires are good tread left on them at least 50-60% left (can get actual depth if requested)
I am missing some other things, but cant remember when I replaced them (cv shafts and ball joints) they are within 4 years old.


Cons:
Body is not in the best shape, some dents and dings
Rust on both rear quarters above the wheels
rear wiper doesn't work - defrost still works!
Small leak in the transmission - input shaft seal, never been a problem just add a half quart every other month
Gear shifter is sloppy - the spring that brings this to the center is broken, still shifts fine
Interior shows its age, but is not bad at all (can post more pics if requested)

Bumping this from the dead. I am moving next month and need this gone. No reasonable offer refused. Note that since originally posting this, it has developed a leak in the brake line near the passenger side wheel (hard line). I will post this at $1000/ OBO, if you are really interested but the price is holding you back shoot me a PM and we can probably work something out.
