GI/FT: 2002 Subaru WRX Wagon PSM

Well, as you can see, I'm gauging interest on my 2002 WRX wagon. The car is currently located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, as that is where I go to school. I will, however, be back in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region (Buffalo, MN to be exact) come the first week in May.

Now that I've got that out of the way. Here is the car:

I have owned the car for two years and have absolutely loved it. Just time to swap around vehicles for now. For the 157,000 miles, the car is in amazing shape. I drive back and for to the cities every couple weeks so that is where a majority of the miles came from. As a 2002 the car does have some dings and minor damage. You will be able to see all the damage in the photos, includes the front bumper where much of the paint is stripped and a slight spot of rust on the A pillar ( it is no more than a few millimeters). I have all the paperwork from the previous owner, to the best of my knowledge he was an older man and took amazing care of the car. I have continued the care on the car changing the oil every 3000 miles with Mobile 1 synthetic and continuous maintenance since my ownership. Car would be stage 2 with a tune.. should be done anyways. Overall this is an amazing, well-rounded car, that I'd be sad to see go, but would be happy to keep in the Subaru community of Minnesota.

Well there are yellow wheels. That could probably be re-sprayed.
As I said the front bumper could be repainted or just a new bumper would do.
Other than that there are minor bumps and bruises here and there.

We can make a deal if you would like about the roof rack. I would like to keep it if I can find a new car that it will work with.

As for trades... I would love to find a early 1990's Legacy gt preferably a wagon, but if not that's okay. Or an early 1990's Impreza wagon. Plus cash on top of course.

The bumps and bruises.. Everyone knows the paint on the front bumper isn't the greatest thing, but I think the previous owner got a bit trigger happy at a car wash or something.

You've got it. As of right now there hasn't been a tune. I came across the parts for a steal and had to come back up to school. Haven't had the time to do a tune. I will however have Nuke tune it most likely the first week I'm back from school. So that will be done prior to the sale. The timing belt has been changed. I will get the exact mileage up when I get back from class. As for the valves, I'm not too sure if they have been checked or adjusted.

 

Just noticed I haven't posted any photos of the engine... so here you are. (Chris or any mod if you would add this to the OP that'd be great)

 

Timing belt was done at 104,076 miles, New battery at 112,000 miles, New radiator at 123,672 miles.

How long have you been running stage 2 with no tune?

per what Nuke said.. but I have been running it as is for about a year. I never launch the car or go crazy with it. Just haven't had the time to go down to the cities and get it tuned. But will be done with school come Sunday, therefore will be back down there and will get a road tune just so everything is running as it should be.
