I am still debating if i want to put these on or not, but i could use the cash. i bought these from a fellow member, only took them out of the boxes, never mounted. what i have: 2 sets, Hella FF1000 all with regular white covers and all wiring included also included clear rock guards and 100w bulbs i am looking to get $90obo per set, everything included.
Do they fit in the Rally Inovations light bar? And are they legal to have on while driving in the city?
They fit if you mount them like ScandiaWRX did, by drilling holes and putting them on the top. They will not fit inside the bar.
like vector said, they will fit if you drill new holes. and no i dont believe they are leagal to have on in the city.
If you were to buy these lights online, they would run you over $125 per pair with the clear rock shields and the 100W bulbs.
i believe they might with some custon brackets but i dont know for sure. Dave... you should buy these back lol i need the cash for other things right now.... Bump
02blubru:: I don't think these will fit that location. I know that the hella 500 with fit, but I think the 1000's are too big. Thats exactly why I sold them lol I'm thinking about it.
They do fit. My bad, I just came across the original post on nasioc with the pic that Paul posted. This guy said he used the Hella 1000 brackets. You can find the brackets on www.rallylights.com Same car from further away. Looks awesome on a bugeye!
depending on how much I am going to be getting paid this summer I might jump on a set ( or 2 if they will also fit in the 99-01 RS bumper). do you know what beam pattern these are? driving, fog, pencil?
