Can someone start a signup list, I know I won't be able to get email for the next 48hrs. I will call ProKart this week to check availability. Once we have a list of those interested and open dates from ProKart, I will start another thread with date and time. With official sign up. We will need to get a deposit together to secure the time and a room, this will also help in getting the price down.
When I used to set them up all the time, I went to the maple grove one and we got a discount because we rented the place for 2 hours before they opened. We had the track from 8am to 10am for about $600 per hour. After I got screwed for about $300 on the last one, I quit setting them up. Russ

my february schedule is one of my busy of the month.....if this happen only this month in january, I'm in no matter what, plus let's hope it's going to be @ maple grove prokart
Once we get the initial count we will begin to negotiate. There will be a NON refundable deposit to be payed out prior to the event. I will have Melissa set up a pay pal link on our web site once we get everything worked out.
This sounds like a lot of fun. Count me in as a handraiser. It would be nice to have a ballpark number for cost per person, however.
I think we can get a group rate, like if we rent it out or whatever. I have done this before. the more people we get the cheaper it will be.
Depending on time an location I'm in. With this many people (hopefully) what format are talking about? Maybe Enduro?
