We just happen to have 3 High End race simulators in our basement that are in need of drivers. In order to utilize these simulators on a regular basis I am proposing we start a league night. We would allocate space on a first come first serve basis, spectators would be welcome. My thought is to offer at least 1 full hour of race time for up to 6 people. You would need to plan on hanging out for at least 2.5 hours to begin and 2 hours once we get the kinks worked out. My thought is to do 30 minute stints with one rotation, note most people can't handle more than 30 minutes at a time. At this point there would be no charge however we may find it neccessary to add a fee to cover refreshments. Feedback Please Mike

Like Santa I am keeping a list, not sure who was naughty yet. I will post something in the near future with details for first meeting. I would also like to let everyone know that we will be looking for an event to display our sims. if you know any of the Car dealers in the are that might be interested in having a Sim in their booth for the autoshow let me know. I know Subaru has a full motion simulator in their booth so thats probably out. Also looking for other potential showcases in the area, open houses etc... Mike
Do you use anything else other than rFactor? Would you be hosting an online server? I have GTR2 and Race07 that I run at home... Christian
Sorry just Rfactor, we have a tested image that works with the hardware every time. Not to mention we do our own Mods as well. Many of the tracks and Mods are converted from GTR and other sources, same physics engine in both. And we will have a server running, however I would suggest we log onto one of the many servers out there after all its alot more fun wnen you have large numbers online. Mike

yep, thats was me this morning. boy did i fail! thanks for the help Mike and Derek is amazing at it! you guys are gonna love this! i went there to try it out a lil, especially since he only live less than a mile away from me.
realistic, even down to tire wear and the different cars. like if you are driving a car or cart and you get stuck on grass or sand, you have to ease on the clutch and gas to get out. you can also get hung up on stuff when you are driving the cart. definitely gonna try to do this again sometime soon!

Mike, some us are going to the Rally meeting on Saturaday; I would be incline to come on Sunday if available, otherwise earlier. And like I said before I'll be happy to bring some drinks. Otherwise I'll catch you guys next time around. January Saturadays will be pretty busy for me. And next weekend alot of board members will be going up north to Rich's for some Ice racing. Jan 26 looks like the next full weekend I'll be available. LOL And, Thanks again for giving us a personal opportunity into your products/business. I know we'll have lots of fun.
