I am looking to get into a actual shop at some point and it would help out a lot to share a shop with someone (another Business). I would need for my Business approximately 500-1000sq ft office and 1-2 stall garage capable of holding a full semi with 53ft trailer. An Auto Mech shop would be a good contender, as well as anything automotive related. Anyone know anyone or have any interest in this.
