why do mine not work in my avatar??

eent he one I have now is likea 24.9kb file

everyone of them wont work in my avatar, regardless of size.. they work in my windows explorer

I made an avatar,

used it on two different boards,
but, it wouldn't work here.

no clue why it didn't work,
or why a different one worked later.
