hey, so we finally got her a car that runs. it's got the mucho whimpy 1.6 engine.. anyone know a good old school celica site where i can read up on how to get this thing spitting fire? /cheers
ohhh swap in a 20g blacktop with ITB's in it!!! (4age motor) Or a nice beefed up 3sgte motor would be nice also.
or boost the stocker to like 40psi and watch fire burst out of all over the place... then sit back, laugh and enjoy the carnage.
I use to own a 90 celica gts......I still have the Eibach ProKit lowering springs in my garage. There suppose to lower the car 1.0" front and back. They're decent springs and hold the road pretty well. They have about 1500-2500 mile(2months driving) on them before i sold the car. Is the one your gf has a coupe or hatchback??? If its a hatch i still have the trunk cover thingy hangin in my garage with two 10" rockford fosgate in it(cut 10" holes in cover and drop subs in) I really never even used the subs because i modded the cover for it and never truly finish installing the amps and wires when i sold the car. Let me know if your interested. Oh and for websites i use to check www.celica.net or www.alltrac.net oh and if i were to have kept the car i would've swap in a jdm Beams edition 3s-ge or done a all-trac/mr2 (both 3s-gte, one topmount intercooler, the other side mount intercooler"mr2" front mount on the celica if thats the case. Again, let me know on the springs and trunk cover with subs. Hope that helps. Bee
