That sucks. That takes a lot of force to bust that thing up, i would definately get on the horn with UPS about that. I'd be pretty pissed if I'd been waiting two months.

If so, have fun. If it wasn't insured, they wont do a damn thing for you. I had a huge argument with UPS a few years back about this sort of thing...you will lose.

NO I don't believe there was insurance. But FP has agreed for us to send it back and get a new compressor housing. Damn, waiting so long, now waiting longer.

Oh about that Vf39, Ej22TIM already has dibbs. I'll let you know if he backs out of it. Will also be selling the STi TMIC soon as well.

No pix, sent it back right after the moment I realized it was damaged. But I can tell you, the blades look beautiful.

Man that sucks, but those HTA's dont really impress me. Is it really worth waiting 4+ months for a turbo that spools what 2-300 rpm faster than the regular green? I bet you couldnt even tell the difference....

I hope FP provides turbos in a more timely fashion than they provide cams... I can't imagine it would be very hard to replace the compressor housing and send it back to you.

The HTA turbos are awesome, Evos are taking well to them.

No, just wanted a b4ng 4 da buck turbo. I can care less about the spool, just wanted the a turbo that can flow more then 52lbs/min, but not something too big like the ATP GT35R or FP Red isn't worth it for the stock location.

IDK what could of caused it to bend inward like it did. Must of fell pretty hard.

52 to 56 isnt that much a difference, but whatever floats your boat.

Well originally I was thinking of the regular FP Green but that only flows 49lbs/min, so I needed something just a bit bigger but a good price too. Something thats big, but simple to install. Luckily the FP Green HTA comes with an optional 2.4in INLET!!! We'll see how this turbo does. I have 2 more months to pick a tuner:biggrin:

They know it's you...that's why it's taking longer.
I'm pretty sure they smashed it on purpose just so you can return it because you kept bugging the hell outta them.

exactly why we strictly dont use UPS, they take forever to ship things and every package we get from them looks like they played football with it.

Well I'm not sure who's doing the shipping for MAP. I bought it through MAP and picked it up there.

LOL I'll wait until my motor gives out, I didn't want a GT35R without atleast cams and pistons done. BTW have you fixed your fuel problem?

Been waiting on money to fix it. Should be getting big paid in about 2 weeks. Probably going to get an FPR and wire the fuel pump to a relay. If that doesn't fix it, then God himself has decided that my car wont be finished.
