Anyone know of any good paying part time jobs either west or south of the cities? Eden Prairie area, or somewhere not to far from there? I saw Best Buy in EP had PT positions open, but not sure how much they pay? Im looking for a day shift position. Im still looking around.
best buy pays okay, plus you know they will be hiring for the holiday season so I am sure hours will be a plenty.
what kind of experience do you have? best buy doesn't pay that well if you have decent past experience etc.
I've always watned a part time job at Gander Mtn. The only problem is that it would probably be an income wash- with all the crap that I would come home with. Good luck, man.
Discount Tire starts out pretty good. Raises come really fast. I was there two months "part time" getting paid $11.75 working like 35-40 hrs
Thanks for the posts guys, definately good options. As for experience, I dont know where to begin? Ive done customer service and sales, Automotive work, a few manual labor jobs, warehouse work, tons of graphics and computer work, photography knowledge, 5 years of Semi, and other truck driving, and the list goes on. I dont think id have a problem getting a job (I hope), i just want to find something part time that pays decent. Plus still run my business on the side. Im really slow now and need money to pay the damn bills. I may be looking for a roomate as well! Im located in Mayer.
usually for PT work...I'd like to find a job that pays back...I.E. I'm like Electronics/tech stuff...HDTV, Home theater, etc. So I'd work for Best buy and get my employee discounts...For my wife it would be clothes...so she would work PT @ macy's...
I'd love to get started on bowling again..stress reliever for me ahhh...getting the cobwebz out of my SD73 limited edition bowling ball...First ball to get banned from PBA league...hahaha *i think*
anyone know what the bowling alley pays? I used to bowl on a league for 9 years. I got my 269 game at ep lanes! Last week I went bowling with my girlfriend and she kicked my arse! lol. Its been about 10 years now.
What kind of hours are you looking for (evenings, weekdays, etc...). I may have some contract work in the next month or so.
if I could make good money doing it, I'd totally go part time. It would have to be like 11+ an hour though ... with 35 hours a week. And a paycheck EVERY WEEK instead of every OTHER week like I'm getting now. I'd rather work part time and earn a living than get beaten to **** in another full time customer service job.
oops, missed that. I'm looking for PT help starting December/January most likely. Sounds like yr design/computer background may help... starts at ~$15 an hour for 10-20 hours a week during the day. Contract is 3-6 months. Beginning of semesters (UofM)... so December-January/February and then again August-September/October. Could lead to something FT but no promises. pm for details if interested.
