I got a new car on saturday. I leased a 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5 se. It has push-button start like the Infinitis I work on. my favorite part is the constantly variable transmission. Gets the 270 horsepower and 254 foot pounds of torque to the ground quick. I love it But I will miss my subaru.

Congrats. We almost bought an Altima SE-R but could not find the color we wanted anywhere. The next car we looked at was the STi and lucked out and found one we liked and the rest is history.

Yeah, I'm a Nissan guy at heart.

    We own two Nissans (05 Altima 3.5SE, 91 Sentra SE-R), one Subaru (02 WRX) and a Chebby (93 K1500)

    Toyota?

Those things are turds! They don't handle like a Buick- more like the Poseidon, wallowing with every twitch of the wheel, ready to capsize at a moment's notice.

But then it would be more like Toyota, Honda, Subaru, etc.

IMHO, Toyotas are for boring people who don't love their cars and consider a car at the same level as a can opener: a functional tool that deserves no passion.

noted...but last year subaru was #1 in reliability in consumer reports, with 9 failures per 100 cars
