    Well

I'm glad I didnt sell the SVX yet. Have to get the XT towed home, cut the hood open and see how bad it is. I have a hood, headlight door assy and bumper on the parts car but the fender is junk. I cant wait to end this crummy year. I was able to drive the car to the lot, smell antifreeze.
Will get it home and see what I can do. Just got it bad from the shop with new heads.... :(

It's good that you're still alive. Hitting a semi is no small thing. Now you can get a new XT :)

    Welll

Only had liaibilty and glass coverage on it plus the car is 21yrs old now and not worth anything on the books. Having it towed home so I can cut the hood open and see how bad it really is. Will try to fix it. Will need a new fender on the passenger side thou. One on the parts car is rusty

Sorry to hear of your situation, man. It doesn't look too bad. Maybe it could get repaired but you'll never know if it'll happen again with it.

    Yeah

I'm going to fix it. Removed the damaged parts yesterday and put a bar on the radiator support with a come along attached to my bench. Put a board between the two, heated up the support where the crease was and pulled it back out to what looks like is the correct spot. I was able to bolt on the head light assy from the parts car and it works fine. I have another stock flat hood without the stock scope to put on. Pulled bumper off parts car and slides into place pretty good. Can't do anymore until the new fender I ordered shows up.

Looks like it might be back on the road on New Years weekend if the fender shows.

It could have been alot worse, just dont have the heart to let her go. Been a great car for the last couple years.

    Hey Thanks

Feels kinda sick looking at it but it's stripped of all the damage right now. Once I get the fender it will be back on the road. Probably just going to rattle can the new fender white for now, whole car needs a paint job.
