got pulled over today

i got pulled over today because of my mufler and the cop told me to take it out which i wont do it lol....had it happened to anyone of u guys before?? lol

 

Yah, i got boxxed into a friend driveay by a cop. all becuase my exhuast was too loud. Cop i had was cool about it thoughm and told me to just keep it down in residental areas (yah i was being stupid).

 

Just curious What is your exhaust set up?

 

State or local police? It's happened to me and the state patrol made me rev my motor a number of times...he wanted to hear it back fire....but it didn't. :biggrin:

Still gave me a ticket, but 10 minutes with a hearing officer and it was dismissed.

 

up pipe, down pipe and 3" ebay exhaust...

 

i think i pulled over by a local cop ,lucky that he just gave me a warning lol

 

I got pulled other coming home from LegacyPGT and I wasn't even revving my car...Funny thing is that there was a straight pipe Ford F-150 that passed by before I got pulled over and he didn't even go after him...and the pickup was gunn'in it too...

 

Up here in fargo every other person and their girlfriend has straight pipe pickups or harleys with 0 baffling and holes drilled in their pipes right at the header...

the only people who ever get pulled over are the Vtec kids....

got a written warning when i had a rocket2000 on the sr20det. that thing was just 3" and a shiny tip basically lol

 

for those who've heard my exhaust setup, that's what you'd call loud. But it's a one of a kind note though....and well..you wouldn't expect a little station wagon to be rumbling anyway.....
