Ahh, Liberty City. I have spent many a day there, blowing up cars, running over pedestrians, and laughing at the village people while angering the cops. I donno, it looks fun .. and we all wish to go back to Liberty City (imo, GTA3 was the funniest one) so I hope it's as good as it looks!
Can not wait. Have been addicted to every GTA series since #1 on the PC. Spent so much time with GTA3 on the PS2 that I could probably drive around blindfolded. Not sure if I'm going to pick it up at midnight or tomorrow. Either way, productivity is going to suffer for awhile
i agree GTA3 was the best so far. i remember back in 02 (i think), i played that game for 1 1/2 days strait
GTA2 had some hilarious radio stations...still some of the funniest stuff even though it was a top-down game.
Hell yeah, crazy stuff didn't realize tomorrow is my bday. LOL, first thing imma do is find a prostitute, hit it, then kill her and take my money back. Classic.
GTA3 had some great ones too. Even if they only played 3 songs or so. I like RISE FM and JAH Radio... also .. opera station. :laugh:
Yes, Double Clef FM ruled. Something about driving down the sidewalk, clipping as many people as possible to the sounds of opera was just great. Also, RE: GTA2... Remember, respect... is everything!
I just remembered how many hours I put in trying to fly the Dodo in GTA3. If I remember right, getting that thing airborne for more than 20 seconds was near impossible. I wished there was something that challenging in the later GTA chapters. It was just so brutally hard but still a blast. [youtube]spWlFcVv3CE[/youtube]
There was, the helicopter shootout in vice city. AAAGHHHH! But I never got to fly the dodo very well, i used to aim for the buildings so I could drive it in the street like the cars. You has my respect if you could fly that thing further than that.

I haven't even played bioshock yet... my pc can't handle it (and I'm not about to go buy a new console with money I don't have - when I should probably spend that money to upgrade the pc before it becomes completely useless) one day ...
I played Bioshock for 15 hours straight during Duluth's last blizzard...Bioshock 2 can't come soon enough.
I have such a backlog of games at this point, but they all need to wait a few months for me to kill GTA4. Let's see what's waiting on my shelf, unfinished... Mario Galaxy (60% or so) Metroid Prime 3 (40% or so) Bioshock Dead Rising Zelda (wii) Smash Brothers Prey Gears of War (wasn't too into it) Halo3 (lost interest) ...and I'm sure many more that I can't think of at the moment.
ooh I am jealous! I want a wii. We don't have the space for that sort of thing (room to move around), but damnit, i want one anyway!
Gears of war really didn't do it for me....Halo3 was fun only because the campaign was playable coop. Dead rising looks cool, haven't played it yet.
Dead Rising is a badass game, its got some weird/unique quirks to it that you either love or hate. Haha, Zyklon finish those games dude, theres some gems on that list.
Yeah, they're almost all AAA titles for me, and I highly anticipated them all, but time has not been on my side the last year or so. SOMEday!
I usually get games used off eBay, but this one I might just ante-up and get it new. I already have several games that I bought and don't play - it's hard to start a big game like this in the summer. It's definately a game I'd buy.
