Yeah im interested! I eat 2.5-3lbs of lean meat a day and am about to add calories next week. so this would help a ton! Where are you located? Also do you have any lean sirloin or something like that?
Great! I live in Hopkins, but the farm is in Montrose. Needless to say I can get the meat out to the cities for you. Unfortunately I don't have any sirloin from this butchering.. Next animal is a couple months out but I would have some then.

I'll be out of town this weekend for work so I won't make it to the dyno day. I can meet up with you next week and get you a couple pounds of ground beef to try. We do sell sides of beef, but we don't have any animals ready to sell until December. Right now we only raise beef cattle, but would like to diversify into sheep and poultry.

Talked to the butcher over the weekend and it will be done later this week and picked up on Saturday. I wouldn't be able to get to you until next Monday since I will be out of town Thursday-Sunday. Let me know sometime this week and we can get together when I get back in town.
Have a couple pounds hamburger left. It was finished on Shoot me a @ 7636919112. We will be butchering steers in a month or two.
