alright guys, we are going to sema this year. We are not having a booth or anything of the sort this year. We are going as spectators. Anyway, anyone have any reccomendations as to hotels near by or anything would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
these are the hotels we have to choose from: Hooters Casino Hotel Riviera Hotel Alexis Park Resort Imperial Palace Hotel Palace Station Hotel & Casino Platinum Hotel & Spa New York New York The Signature at MGM Grand Palace Station Hotel & Casino Flamingo Las Vegas Rio Suites Hotel Gold Coast Hotel Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino Luxor Las Vegas Circus Circus Excalibur The Palms Casino Resort help us pick one! they are in order of distance from SEMA
New york New york or Flamingo or Escalibur. I really like Escalibur but I just hate how it is furthur away from everything...Or if you're feelin' baller I would highly recommend Ceaser Palace haha. but yeah...either NY or Escalibur.. I haven't been to the Flamingo hotel in like 7 years...so I don't know how it is anymore...Luxor looks nice..never slept in there before...
Where is the show? Don't be too picky about the hotel unless you're worried about how good the pool facilities are. You won't spend much time there anyway.
it costs enough to even join SEMA that a booth seems a little out of the question for a company with 4-5 products all mostly under $100 with less than probably $20k annual sales.
your sales numbers are a bit off sema is pretty cheap to become a member..just 100 a year. booths arent to bad either...about 800 i think i saw somewhere.
I was just purely guessing there. Lots of people join SEMA to go to the show, its pretty easy to get in as long as its not in the months preceding the show, but an additional cost to be sure. Booths in the sema ghetto might start at $800, but prime space goes for $5k-30k th press coverage s phenomenal so it is worth it for the big guys to spend spend spend on SEMA nowadays
yeah i'm sure those big booths are ridiculously expensive. biggest automotive aftermarket product trade show in the world though so i guess its worth it.
I have not stayed at any of those hotels but its an easy town to get around so I would stay somewhere on the strip or real close anyway. I would also like to know what it takes to become a Grimmspeed "employee" don't you need someone to carry your bags around? Really.
