What we are looking for: -Attention to detail and consistency cannot be emphasized enough -Ability to work with and respect power and hand tools -Basic understanding and interest in both the automotive performance industry and workings of an internal combustion engine. -A strong work ethic is a must -No previous experience porting is required, just the ability to listen and learn -This job entails working with and around tools and products that need your full attention and respect at all times Job duties: -Working with an electric die grinder, carbide bits, and an assortment of abrasives to produce a consistent and quality product for our customers. -Being able to follow strict procedures to produce and replicate a level of craftsmanship our customer's rely upon. -Knowledge of hand tools and air tools. -Being safety conscious since the tools you are working with if not respected can become dangerous. -Some sandblasting is also required in this position. -Working with our coating department in coating preparation.
