GrimmSpeed - Ice Race Time! Get on our Engine Armor Reservation List

OK guys, we have made our first batch of skid plates. These werent going to be done for a few more weeks, but i had my manufacturer bump us up on their priority list because i know alot of you were asking for them before ice races.

From personal experience at the ice races, you REALLY want something that is going to cover your engine bottom from hard ice chunks. The last thing you are going to want is to run off course(which WILL happen) and hit a big ice chunk that takes out your oil pan. Play it safe with our Engine Armor skid plates.

We offer two options for skid plates, 1/8" and 3/16", both are made from 5052 Aluminum and look pretty beefy.

1/8" Skid Plate -- $110
3/16" Skid Plate --$130

You can use your stock bolts with these plates. Rear bolt holes are slotted for optimal fitment.

I haven't exhausted my list of which vehicles these will fit on, however these fit 02-07 wrx/sti models but i am unsure of the older models. We can test fit on the older models/other newer models this weekend for fitment. I currently have 10 in stock, 5 1/8's and 5 3/16's. Either one of these bad boys will protect your ride, with the 3/16 given a bit more protection for those of you that really drive it like you stole it.

yay skid plate in production. i have a primitive plate on my car 3/16" alum. and its great. its really kinda scary how many gouges there are in it. now you guys need to get crackin on a rear diff protector.
