When i added my fog lights to my 09 it was super easy to adjust where the plate was sitting (moved it more right). They really put a lot of thought into this product. You can adjust the height, and horizontal position on the bumper. You can also adjust the angle that the license plate sits at. So how ever high, low, left or right you want it .... it works.
