We've been a bit heavy posting on facebook about what is going on around the shop which has made us a bit light on keeping you guys up-to-date here. So to keep it simple, random company updates will be posted here. For starters here is our newest teaser vid straight from our Engineering department. Enjoy! GrimmSpeed Engineering - We're Up to Something - Episode 2 - YouTube Justin Grimm
Hey Justin, Any plans on doing any other group buys this year? We met when Matt had test fitted the TMIC on my 06 White Sti. Thanks,
Absolutely. We always do a product release group buy so you should expect to see at least a few more this year.
Very nice! Been (barely) patiently waiting for the possible release of this. Let me know if you need a tester.
I've been looking to get a new top mount but didnt want to go process west. Like to keep it MN local. I'll be a test bed! 2010 wrx sedan
Kind of old news but still cool. As you guys know, we are very thorough when it comes to initial design/reverse engineering and currently we have another local Minnesota company 3d scanning our parts to ensure you guys get the best designed products. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a few weeks to get things turnaround and not to mention it costs $1000's per scan and we are usually doing multiple scans for multiple iterations of prototypes. We feel very lucky to be able to now take it to the next level and purchase a Faro arm! I know this might not be a big deal to the really big companies but to us it is a great milestone and it was made possible because of the unrelentingly amazing loyalty from our customers over the years. Here she is! 2011 7-Axis Faro
First time i saw a Faro in action was on American Chopper when they scanned a 3D digital model of a motorcycle into the computer. Very cool technology! These are also similar to what WeatherTech and Husky use for their digital fit floor liners. Congrats guys, great new piece of equipment to continue to dominate the aftermarket parts market!
