No, wrong. Are you buying coilovers too? Sorry, but I find it hard to digest that you would just toss down 1100 bucks and not know what you were getting...i.e. brand name, product name. And I don't think anyone here, or at least I hope not, would want to toss that kind of money down without knowing what they are getting. If you are trying to set up a groupbuy, it would be a good idea to tell the people you want to participate in the Group buy 1) Who you are, who you represent 2) The product you are selling (Brand and Model) 3) The price 4) Your contact information I don't speak for this board, but I have seen enough Group Buy scams to know that this doesn't sound kosher in the least. I am glad you posted a number, but why would you go advertising for someone if you didn't know exactly what they are trying to sell?

No, I already have a Tein coilover suspension, what I am trying to do is protect the interest of others on this site from things that I have seen happen at other WRX sites. When someone puts up a vague post about a group buy 'for a friend' that raises a huge red flag in my mind. If your first posts here were about how cool your car is, and where are teh next meets or whatever, I wouldn't give you a hard time, but you come in and start making posts about a group buy for a product you know nothing about. It looks shady. And it happens ALL THE TIME to other sites. Tell your friend if he wants to sell WRX Tein Suspensions to log on here and give his information and tell us what product he is selling. I don't toss 1100 dollars to any stranger on the street. And if by posting this information about similar instances I keep a couple people from getting screwed out of a bunch of money, then cool, whatever...so what if I look like an asshole to you, at least you didn't get to run your scam. If you are gonna sell stuff, and people ask you details about it, at least give the information...you can call the number just as well as we can, why dont you call your friend up and tell him that MNSubaru is interested, but they need more information? Whatever, you wont do any of that, and that is why I and probably a majority of people wont trust you. Well, enough bickering. Scidmark, for this groupbuy to go on, either post up some info or I will close the thread. Both sides have stated their case. Readymix is correct, I will not fork over $1100 for "coilovers". Not going to happen. If you can get us some ore info on the coilovers than fine, but if we have to do all the leg work to find out what they are, the thread gets closed. Russ
