This is for a group tune with Jorge from P&L in chicago. Jorge said that he can come up and do a group tune with subies if we get some people together. He will be up here for three days. He can do five cars a day. This leaves us room for 15 cars. The tuning will be done at RS motors. Please let me know what one of those days works best for you so that we can all get our cars over there to get them tuned. Pricing is $350 per car and an additional fee split between the group for airfare/hotel. $200 for tuning and $150 for the dyno time. Well, if it ends up being like any of the other tune sessions, expect $450-500 per car. He is usually $100 per hour for the tune and $100 for the dyno and a minimun of 2 hours. Russ
I would get vf39 but I will need injectors for sure and most likely a fuel pump too. Injectors are pretty hard to install from what I heard about them. I really dont need much more power. I just want a very good and very safe tune with which I can run 91 from holliday if I have to and not worry about knock or cels.
You can add Hofit to the list he will want in on the tune. I would send him a PM so he knows about the thread.
Keep in mind that you'll need to own an AP for this, as Jorge tunes with StreetTuner, and does not currently tune open source.

Shorty I would also call Jorge and RS to get a final set price what it will run for say 3 people, 5 people, and whatever else. Rs Said they would give us a deal if we wanted to do it soon. A set price would be nice to know to see what it will cost each person. Last time I set it up it was $450 a person. (there were only 3 of us) Also when things are more final I would be glad to give you a deposit!
wow! there is aot of interest in this. well lets do this. i still havent heard back from jorge yet so when we get a SET date and a ballpark price on this as well and how many he can do, we will go from there. I will probably take deposits for this as well just because we cant afford any flakers on this one. as soon as i here back from jorge, i will set up a new thread with date, price, and amount of people we can do!
he will tune it im sure. it just might take a little longer then others and that is what he worries about
its either he tunes it this winter or I will have db tune it in the spring. Right now the cars useless without a tune
i wouldent let db do a "power tune" but they do a good drive ability tune on subies. if i was you i would do anything in my power to get in on this and have jorge tune it.
as soon as they get a time set I will get a deposit to him, I still would need kelly to help me out with adding fuel so it starts better
i would be down for this if it happens after the end of the year, i wanna put some more things on my car then tune it again.
alright well with this many people we need to decide on a general time when most can do it. my car should be done before christmas so about the first week in january works for me. i think we should all put it into crunch time and get everything done by then. tell me if the beginning of january works for you or if it doesnt
