Grouse hunters

    Just curious if there are any other grouse hunters out there. Im going this weekend, near aitkin.

    Im taking my last 8 days of leave this year to come home the 21st to go hunt with my pops. No christmas break for me, gotta shoot some birds. woot.

    I shoot a Berretta silver pigeon, 25th rough grouse society edition 20ga

    I hunt grouse, mostly just drive around the woods in the Rhino looking for mud :)

    It's good to see there are others. I shoot my remington 870 express 12g pump. It does the job. I cant wait to get in the woods.

    Couple of friends went up this past weekend, it's still too thick. I think the northern part of the state is supposed to get some good frosts this week.

    Maybe by this weekend or next week some of the leaves will drop. They were just south of Duluth.

    Yeah I was concerned about all the leaves still on the trees. It makes it hard to see what to shoot.
