Grove Creek *All Street Nights* call outs and smack talk.

Most of us on here talk about racing one another and well what better way to see who's faster than by doing some fully legal passes??

So I came across this on another local forum and thought some of you may be interested.

I know its months away but that doesn't mean we can't make some call outs, but please keep them somewhat above the belt I don't want this deleted or locked.

It's still fun to go race on the track. Very easy to pass inspection.

BTW, Bielke beat a C5 last year...

btw - light stage 1 tune in this one. No ice on the intercooler either, it was toasty! Stock RE-92 17" tires.

 

Maybe I could bring the SVX out and prove how slow it really is

whats wrong with the track in Eau Claire? we usually go there. THey have a test n tune on some saturdays, and they have "import days" on select saturdays.

Its also a 1/4 mile track instead of an 1/8th

For us smack dab in the middle of the cities its a toss up, from bloomington its 100 miles to rockfalls and 80 miles to grove creek. The majority of the people I set to attract from this thread live on the western half of the cities.

 

I'd be down for the quarter.

BUT, GC gets you MANY more runs. Many many. Its possible to get 40 runs in a night if you really don't care about your clutch.

 

I'll be down for both palces, I'll even bring the German tank.

 

I've never done a 1/4 mile but i loved the 1/8 mile. It was short and sweet but a lot of fun.

 

Well by all means someone can make another thread about Rockfalls, but this wasn't intended to be a ... "oh well why don't you guys go to this track instead" thread. I like the idea of many different passes.

There will also more than likely be some bikes that want to go. So Grove Creek sounds like the best option.

Also the price is almost double and there is this ... All races are open to any import/sport compact car. NO CAMAROS, FIREBIRDS, MUSTANGS or CORVETTES ARE ALLOWED TO RACE at a Sport Compact Racing Event!!

 

Oh and racing under the lights ... FTMFW!!!

 

Yup, we had a great time last fall on the motorcycles. Z1k moar fastar then speed triple.

Well yeah I thought that was the idea, but no thats where I was last year on that night. I was either with Tony at the TGI Fridays at the Hotel or on a boat ride watching fireworks. This year I am going to more than one and I WILL be victorious over the Nutz at least once!!

I ck the distance Rockfalls is closer to the cities... But i will like to try 1/8 mile just for fun... Besides how do you measure who is really quik in a 1/8 mile ???

yep thats the name they gave me, i do not have a wrx anymore. I keep it low key but yeah i have a 'project' bike, i guess you could say.

 

At his rate on turboz I think it'll pop before he gets there
