I couldn't believe how popular the GTR's were in AU when I started looking for mine, lots of tuners and drivers for sure. I almost bought a 240sx with RB27 T88 and Trust H gear box. But in the end I figured it would be way too expensive to fix if I broke it. So what's stopping lad, isn't it time to jump on the Nissan bandwagon!
Awesome car, massive issues getting it fixed if it blows though. I thought R32 GTRs aren't going to be legal in the states until 2011. Why (how) does this have a Florida title available?
From what I understand, if it was purchased before the motorex scandal, it's legal. Same with the r34. Otherwise the r33s are the only ones that are crash tested and legal to register.
wont be getting on teh Nissan bandwagon unless its a 510... plus.. $45K is alot of dough I want to do my RX7 before something like that... but I may just throw that away and go buy a 3rd Gen... also I was going to buy a 200sx back in Australia (same as your 240 over here only turboed)... had a Nissan Skyline wagon with a rb30 engine in it...
