Hey guys/gals! Going to get straight to the point! My wife and i have a duplex in North St. Paul and are trying to get it ready for our tenant to move in on Sept. 1st(which means that we have today and tomorrow to finish!) If you are bored today and or tomorrow and like/enjoy tinkering with house stuff, would you consider swinging over to help us out? Need to knock out some misc. stuff like painting/ light switch covers/shoe molding reinstallation/cleaning/etc...etc...etc. Willing to pay in typical mnsubaru currency fashion, IE: pizza, beer, secret favors! I knew that it was a hail mary when i made the thread! Lol I had a guy from church that came and helped paint for a few hours. Still have a decent sized punch list and need a second set of hands to move a dishwasher and get it hooked up.
