Had the wierdest feeling.

    I just watched the new owner of my jetta drive off and proceed to flog it throughout the neighborhood, pretty sure ican still hear him up and down foley. I almost feel like i just sold my dog..

    oh well that will be his problem when he flogs the crap out of it and have to put a new motor in it

    It sounds like he's quite the Darwin. The next time you meet with him, ask him how many speeding tickets he's accumulated or if he even still owns the car.

    However many he gets it'll probably be a ways behind the number I racked up in it.

    when i sold my baretta i got a parking ticket from river falls wis. (from the college) in the mail cuz the moron didnt transfer the title right away and this was his third ticket i believe

    this kid had to get a loan to buy the car, so at least the title will get taken care of properly by the bank.

    Dude you just sold a VW, you should feel a huge sigh of relief, I still gotta get rid of my 96 jetta, been sitting awhile.

    dont get me wrong, i'm already liking having the extra space back. I'm not real broken up over it either, i drove it for the first time in like 2 weeks and I'm even more impressed with my WRX.

    yeah I just generally hate V-dubs don't mind me, it was actually my wife's car, we "replaced" it with a wrx ;) I just still gotta get rid of the thing.

    You better take care of them right away as they will eventually come after you. The judge will be good with it and they will get xferred to the new owner. This happened to my friend and he sold his car and title wasn't xferred and then that guy sold it to another person who also got a violation. It was super crazy.

    Just be thankful the new owner of your old car could drive it away.
    i've yet to sell a car in good working order. 1st one went away on a flatbed, and the 2nd i had to tow to the new owner's house.

    ya the funny thing is the guy who worked on my car it was his nephew so we gave him the kids tickets and he took care of it promply.
