My wife crosstrek was hit with the last hail storm we got. Where do you recommend I go? I live in columbia heights. I would like to keep it close to there if possible.
    Thank you for any help

Are you thinking insurance claim or out of pocket? Almost all designated PDR shops are going to be booked out a few weeks from the last storm, Dentkraft in Minnetonka does great work as does Dent Wizard and they are mobile. But expect it to be between $50-$100 per dent depending on the size and location so if it's pretty heavy (more than 10 dents per sqft) out of pocket may be hard to swallow. Depending on how extensive the damage is you might want to get an estimate from a conventional body shop in case not all the damage is able to be done by PDR. Lamettrey's has multiple locations, otherwise Raymond or Morries Bodyworks are highly recommended. GL!

I've had my previous car repaired over at Schoonover Bodyworks & Glass in Shoreview about 4 years ago and they did a terrific job. My cousin's Lancer got hit pretty bad by the last hailstorm (Hood, fender, roof and trunk) and they took it to an auto body shop around the Roseville area and got quoted $5000 for all the repair. I'm not sure if that's the normal going rate but it seems to add up to what Legsaucy mentioned.

Paint it white and put "Titleist" on the door.

Hail repairs on average are around $2-3k for the whole vehicle, but obviously that can vary a lot depending on the extent of the damage. I've seen as little as a few hundred or as much as $7-8k (or more) for harder hits. As far as shops are concerned, not many have full-time paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians and most sublet the work to independent companies that specialize in PDR. As long as you go to a reputable shop there shouldn't be much difference in price or quality of work.

If it's not to bad, check out the paintless dent repair services. They did my car a couple months ago it turned out great. Not a lot of dents maybe 25-30 cost me $400
