I'm now the proud owner of a 2004 STI with bad hail damage. $2000 for paintless dent repair. Traditional methods would be over $5000..

Anyone else get hit down here?

You must live north of town... Goodhue(?) got nailed with thunderstorm after thunderstorm all day long, big nasty RED areas on the Doppler radar, too.

The only hail I saw or heard about in the Rochester city limits was a little sprinkling in the morning, which didn't do anything to the car I had outside.

STI = Shoulda Thoughta Insurance )

I have spent countless hours in the Gonda building. You can usually find me back in the biomed area or on Gonda 6 in the ultrasound rooms.

I got hit with the Hail this morning at 4am. I had to bring my wifes car in the garage. It sucked.

Yep, NW rochester got hit yesterday around 9:30 am. In fact, I've been told that most of dealerships off 52 got hit hard too.

As far as having insurance, I don't recall saying I didn't have any. I do, just listing the total damages for people. At worst its $500 deductable.

Really sorry to hear about your car. If mine took that much hail damage, I think I would be physically ill. I just have a couple minor dents from a storm two years ago.

Sorry to hear of the damages done to your car. I got my car hailed on last week, but the size of the ice were ~3-5mm only and weren't big enough to damage anything. Just enough to worry me.

My wife's two month old Acura TL got hail-nailed in the parking lot of Pemstar on the NW side. Doesn't really look too bad but the car was filthy from all the construction going on around there. Will take a closer look tonite.

Edit: Storm woke me up so I saw/heard hail hitting my car but didn't suffer any damage.
