The month of sequels is upon us, so which are you going to buy? Halo 2? Half Life 2? Need for Speed Underground 2? or ALL? From what i have heard Halo 2 has a 12:00 Nov. 9th release date. Whose going to be sitting in the cold night waiting to get it?
I am not too crazy about NFS 2 Halo 2, HL 2 I want to get....but I wish I have time to play them Tell me what you guys think when you get it..

lol, i am debating going at midnight for halo2, i am assuming there will be the same deal for HL2 on the 16th. i maybe there too. only problem is i need ALOT more ram for my pc inorder to run it

John, you'll have to ask Lou where he got his info. from about the release of GT4 next Monday? I'm baffled myself because the info I have is that it won't be release until mid December. John, of course you can drive. Just remember, you're buying me the games right?
the name's spelled lue. My brother has it reserved at gamestop. I went there the other day with fuji and looked at the released date at their store. They say they will have it in stock for those that reserved it. Just waiting til that day to see if what they say is true.
GT4 isn't till mid december. There isn't even a set DATE yet, so don't hold your breath. I have some inside info. Also for the other games, just rent them with a special ps2/xbox and everything is good. Russ

GT4 is mid-December. Was supposed to be November but it was bumped back. I give it 80% that it'll go in December and not be delayed again. I've had it reserved for only like a thousand years. I'm pretty sure I'm first on the list at that particular GameStop. NFSU wasn't very good. It was pretty to look at but I enjoyed the supercars a lot more than the eye-candy cars. I still pull out Hot Pursuit 2, I just wish there were more tracks for it. I never really liked Halo or HL or UT. The only FPS I like are the Clancy ones. There is a new version of Ghost Recon due out soon that I'm interested in. I'm looking forward to that and the next Battlefied installment. Speaking of video games, anyone pick up San Andreas? It was out Monday. I have it but am waiting until the weekend when I have time to actually sit down and get used to the game. I also picked up Ace Combat 5; the last one was gorgeous and a lot of fun so I'm hoping this will be the same.
3 people in here has concure to a mid Dec. release of some sort for GT4... Now Lou, if I were you, I'd smack that gamestop or gameshop who ever told ya it's coming this Monday or the next or the next... it won't be here until mid to late December. Just a FYI just so you all know... GT4 will not have ONLINE PLAY as first hyped... I just put my xbox back together. hopefully it will stop giving me the bad disc error. i am going to test it the weekend. if it works i will be there on the 9th for halo2. should have a meet in best buys parking lot at 11:59pm lol

hehe, i can get the laser for like 10 15 bucks so if this doesnt work i may try that. then i can get a brand new drive for 50 or just a used working xbox for 80
The problem with the Xboxes that give the disc read errors is the dvd drive it self, they are some french made crap drives from a manufacturer named Thompson, the new drives are made by Samsung and are way more reliable. You can go here http://www.llamma.com/xbox/ and get a replacement drive and some other cool goodies for your box.
i found that page yesterday, i have been reading all of the stuff on it. i have the thompson drive, and i cleaned the mirror and the lens, and have boosted my laser strenght too.
ATT: all halo 2 buyer, I just reserve yesterday a copy that about $5.00 down but if you return to pick up the game within the 9th, you added another $5.00 for a mini halo controller. A retail value $19.99. That's tight ain't it At toys r us
On SRS I got almost all the girls with the 3 dancing clip!!!!Very entertain. How's juiced anyways, I played as a demo, I thought that's lame as hell unlike SRS.
Juiced has alot more racing to it, and it isn't quite as ricey. It isn't along the lines of the gt series, but it isn't the bling bling of the nfs series. Russ
I only play Halo for the MP, so I won't get Halo 2 because I am satisfied for now. I have HL2 preloaded via Steam right now, just waiting for them to unlock. NFS2 should be called rice dreams 2. I played the demo the other day and was very dissapointed. The graphics seemed to have gotten worse if that is possible, and they have given rice a whole new definition. Well, there is my $0.02

The company explains that the game had some unexpected tuning requirements that held up its release. Making the adjustments will cause the game to miss its previously allotted ship date. Stateside, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced a new ship date for US gamers. Gran Turismo 4 moves from a ship date of December 14 to a ship date sometime in the January-to-March window of next year. In a statement, SCEA said: "Natural challenges with finalizing all the key features and localization issues across worldwide territories have led to the difficult choice of pushing back the release date in order to ensure that Gran Turismo 4 lives up to the exacting standards of the 36 million-plus fans worldwide that have purchased previous versions" [of the franchise].
