I know I am about an hour early, but happy Thanksgiving to all of you! 'Tis the season for spending time with people that we care about and being thankful for what we have PS- Plenty of time to reflect on that as the weather moves towards cold as ****! lol
Happy turkey day 2 all as well, I'm just up making chile for the few of us that have to work tomorrow. 2-3 Alarm just for the "cold as ****!" weather we are so luck to get.
Brined the turkey, deboned it, then spread chorizo and bacon on it and rolled it into a giant roulade and trussed, seared, and roasted it. Possibly the best meat I have ever made. Also made eggnog and cranberry sauce from scratch. (both super easy and well worth it)
Looks GREAT... I would love to watch you debone said bird... I love the grill so you've now peeked my curiosity... I might be putting something like this together for X-mas... THANKS for the idea. @Turkeylord it is your "day" & sounds fun
