Just a few, could not run the XT. The tires scrapped the edge of the wheel well to much and I shaved the sidewalls down on 2 rears. Guess I need smaller tires or back to winter struts. Here are some of the cars that were running
Wow. That's cool. Are there a lot of dips that can make you bottom out? I've always wanted to do something like this but I have Tein Flex HA's and I thought it's probably too low.
Yeah It got pretty rutted up after the Subarus went thru. I stuck my hand up on the inside wheel well on pass side rear and my hand came out with hot rubber shavings on it so I stopped. Kinda hard to get back to Minnesota with flat tires. Will have to figure out how to get a happy center and try some of that up here. Subaru people were really nice, well most of the people were since I dodnt know anyone there. Only people I didnt care for were the 2 guys tag teaming the BMW. I think if they would loose about 100lbs a piece the car might turn to the right better. The Datsun 510 did pretty good, the Datsun 1600 was a 2 seated convert if I remember correct. I guess the trick to the Datsun 510 sedan is to put polly in place instead of the rubber and then put a rotorary motor in them. The pictures are from the rally prepared class. The stockers were not as fun to watch. Anyway is was a fun weekend down there. Leaves are turning now and the drive was pretty good. 8½ hrs from Princeton to Hastings NE. 556 miles and the speed limit in NE is 75 so the cruse was set in the XT at 80 and away I went. I went all the way down, messed around down there and came back and it only used ½qt of oil.
